On the occasion of Law Day, an interactive session on the topic “Rule of Law and Independent Judiciary” was successfully conducted in the gracious presence of the Chief Judge of the Kathmandu District Court, Honorable Chura Mani Khadka. The session highlighted the importance of the rule of law, an independent judiciary, judicial accountability, and contemporary legal issues.

The program became highly effective and meaningful with the active participation of faculty members and students. Through interactive discussions and question-answer sessions, students were able to gain clarity on the topic, understand practical aspects of the judicial system, and enhance their legal perspectives. The session created an engaging learning environment and encouraged students to express their views confidently.
