Maharshi Law College, affiliated with Purbanchal University, Nepal, is committed to providing high-quality legal education that prepares students for meaningful careers in the legal field. We aim to nurture a new generation of legal thinkers, professionals, and leaders equipped to meet the demands of modern law and justice systems both in Nepal and globally.

At present, we offer a comprehensive 5-year integrated BA LLB program, a dual-degree course combining Bachelor of Arts (BA) and Bachelor of Laws (LLB). This undergraduate program is designed to build a strong academic foundation while developing practical legal skills. Through a well-structured curriculum, students gain an in-depth understanding of legal reasoning, constitutional principles, human rights, criminal and civil law, and international legal systems. They also learn how to critically analyze legal situations, argue logically, and present their interpretations confidently—skills essential for success in any legal career.

In the near future, Maharshi Law College is preparing to offer the Master of Laws (LLM) program in collaboration with The University of Law—a globally recognized institution in legal education. The LLM program is designed to provide advanced legal knowledge and specialization opportunities for graduates seeking to deepen their expertise or pursue academic and research careers.

This prime location is within close reach of Nepal’s major judicial bodies, including the Kathmandu District Court, High Court Patan, Supreme Court of Nepal, and the Special Court.
